We appreciated Dr Bryden’s intelligent and sensitive guidance. The staff was caring and delicate with us in a very difficult time. The facility is clean and welcoming. There was a very long wait to be seen but when we were meeting with the doctor we totally understood. She took so much time explaining every option, every procedure, every possible outcome and expense. It is worth the wait. Our experience was so impressive that my daughter baked cookies to thank them and wrote a nice thank you note. We have had to euthanize dogs in the past. It is never easy to make that decision, to pet your loved family member as they pass and to deal with all that grief. Epic Emergency Vet made it all almost bearable and we are forever grateful.
