This veterinarian hospital is absolutely amazing. I have gone to emergency vet places before and nothing compares to EPIC. The love your pet as much as you! Also, it can take time but they have beverages, snacks and TV’s to keep you as comfortable as possible. I cannot say enough the love and care they give not only to your pet but to YOU too!

Just incase no one saw my email, I wanted to leave it as a review here. I had my 5-week-old kitten, “Huckleberry,” at your office on Sunday. I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the staff and Dr. Stenseng. I know every animal in your office is a priority but I truly felt like everyone had the same sense of urgency as I did. I knew he had less than a 46% chance of making it but everyone tried so hard. While I'm still grieving his loss and my house feels empty without him, I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate you. I don't know if clients say that enough. I also wanted to thank Lisa at the front desk for the compassion she showed me yesterday when I arrived to pick him up. From the moment I walked in Sunday afternoon until yesterday (I was an emotional mess), she was so kind and caring. Thank you all so much again.

As a former vet assistant, I am very impressed with EPIC. Friendly, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable staff. They are pricey, but I expect such for an emergency vet. Edit: Finn passed away a couple of days later at home. Unlike other posts, I'm not blaming EPic nor giving them a lower rating. They did all they could and I didn't expect miracles. I'm just glad I got to spend the last moments with our sweet boy and he was not alone or in a strange place when he passed. Thank you, EPIC.

Open 24hrs and a very busy hospital. I was extremely pleased with the service provided. My dashound was miserable non stop vomiting and this facility had us quarantined In the vehicle to prevent spread of deadly disease parvo . Thank god he was negative and vet ran all diagnostic fix my dog right up. I plan to visit this hospital for all my pet emergencies.

We had an emergency for euthanasia. We had a appt for home euthanasia but our baby didn’t make as it would be another two days. The front staff showed empathy as well as the vet himself. The vet sat with us for awhile and everyone let us take our time in saying goodbye.

Excellent quality care for my pet. It must of taken maybe 20 minutes to be called into a room. My dog Max, was taken care of, staff is kind and caring. My dog is doing great now.

My dog was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure at my normal veterinarian office. They referred me to EPIC Vets for fluid administration in order to try and reduce the elevated kidney lab results. The facility is well designed and well equipped. The staff and Veterinarians all explain things thoroughly. They answered all my questions and understood all the emotional ups and downs I had because I knew my dog was in seriously bad condition. Although my dog did not survive I left feeling that everything possible was done. I'm greatful to Epic Vets for trying everything possible to try and save my dog.

Excellent care and service by the entire team when my dog had two separate emergencies in 3 days while traveling through the region (inhaled object and lacerated paw). Everything was explained to me and I felt the charges were fair and there was no attempt to add any extra procedure to increase the cost. I felt so fortunate to have such a great emergency clinic so close by to care for my dog (who is now being wrapped in bubble wrap anytime we go outside to prevent any other injuries - kidding!)

Always a very positive experience here, with both my dog and cat. Everyone, from the front staff to the nurse and technicians, and Dr Sean, are so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The clinic is beautiful…clean, comfortable and customer-focused, even offering clean blankets for your pet to sit on and a snack and beverage bar for clients waiting. Were referred to EPIC by VCA, due to a dog emergency that required overnight hospitalization and monitoring. They had our info ready and got us checked in right away. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The total cost ended up being much less than the original quote, and they had a few 0% finance options available so I didn't have to use my credit card. They're right down the road from me; and I would go straight there again in the future (hope it won't be necessary!).

We had to take our dog in because we thought he possibly might have swallowed a sewing needle. He had to have X-rays and was sedated but thank goodness no needle was found. Everyone here was great, receptionists &veterinarian assistants. We saw some critical animals brought in and they were taken back pretty quickly. I’m glad this location is open 24 hours, just be prepared to stay awhile because critical animals have priority which is 100% understandable.
