3 yrs old Daisy a female Cane Corso, developed intestinal issues, yes, the overnight costs were pricey, however I made 3 calls including my Vet, only to be informed it would be several days before a appointment would be available. Dehydration is an issue, you cannot wait. Epic was professional provided options and Daisy has fully recovered. There were payment options. Understand that You are paying for Emergency Services, a taxi and the ambulance ride are prime examples of the cost difference?

We took our kitty into our normal vet and she was diagnosed with pyometra, the vet we went to recommended she needed a full 24 hour vet or she wasn’t going to make it. We called around to a few places and found Epic, and man as soon as we walked in the door there was a different feeling. A sense of calm. We checked her in and someone immediately came to see her. They asked us questions and took our kitty Marceline to the back. We waited a few minutes and were put in a room to wait and speak with the Dr. Once he came in; he came and automatically explained what she needed and asked If we had any questions or concerns. We explained the other vet said she wasn’t going to make it and it was a 50 / 50 chance of survival. And he immediately reassured and explained if we didn’t treat her then yes she wouldn’t make It but as long as she had the surgery her recovery rate is almost 100%. He said he was going to make sure that he was able to do the surgery before the night crew switched over and that they would give us a call when she’s going in and when she’s coming out. Now payment, I will say it was a high price but I would pay it again for the service that was provided and the quality. It’s not something that can be easily put out, but they had many options like care credit and other payment plans through other providers. After finalizing payment, we asked if we could see our kitty one more time before we left just in case.. and they were so happy to accommodate and took us back and let us see her. The vet technician asked if we had any other questions and she was so informative as well. After we left we did get a call when she went in for surgery and when she came out. And then we called later that night just to check how she was doing before bed. And everyone was always so kind and compassionate with every person we spoke to. We were finally able to bring her home the next day and I will say I don’t think she even knows she’s recovering. I can not thank this team enough for what they did for my cat. They were compassionate, kind, truthful, and caring every step of the way. Any time we had questions or concerns even after they have been so great to work with! *kitty suit bought online*

We had to bring our cat here for care after he got outside and was attacked by dogs. Unfortunately the outcome wasn't good. We did have to have him put down but the staff was so kind and considerate. They treated the situation with urgency, taking him back to be seen immediately while we completed the intake paperwork. They did not rush us into any decisions and gave us all the information we needed to make the best decision for him. The vet that administered the euthanasia took his time and made us and our cat feel cared for. We will continue to bring our pets to Epic Vets because of the epic care we received at such a difficult time.

We brought our Saint Bernard into this pet emergency clinic on Saturday in what was one of the scariest moments for us. The staff was immediately compassionate and reassuring from the moment we walked through the door. Everyone—from the front desk team to the technicians and the doctor—treated our big guy with such kindness and care. They explained everything clearly, answered all of our worried questions patiently, and made us feel supported during a very stressful time. Thanks to their quick and skilled care, our Saint Bernard is back home and back to his happy, goofy self. We are so incredibly grateful to the entire staff for their professionalism and genuine compassion. You truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner in need. This veterinarian hospital is absolutely amazing. I have gone to emergency vet places before and nothing compares to EPIC. The love your pet as much as you! Also, it can take time but they have beverages, snacks and TV’s to keep you as comfortable as possible. I cannot say enough the love and care they give not only to your pet but to YOU too!

Just incase no one saw my email, I wanted to leave it as a review here. I had my 5-week-old kitten, “Huckleberry,” at your office on Sunday. I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the staff and Dr. Stenseng. I know every animal in your office is a priority but I truly felt like everyone had the same sense of urgency as I did. I knew he had less than a 46% chance of making it but everyone tried so hard. While I'm still grieving his loss and my house feels empty without him, I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate you. I don't know if clients say that enough. I also wanted to thank Lisa at the front desk for the compassion she showed me yesterday when I arrived to pick him up. From the moment I walked in Sunday afternoon until yesterday (I was an emotional mess), she was so kind and caring. Thank you all so much again.

As a former vet assistant, I am very impressed with EPIC. Friendly, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable staff. They are pricey, but I expect such for an emergency vet. Edit: Finn passed away a couple of days later at home. Unlike other posts, I'm not blaming EPic nor giving them a lower rating. They did all they could and I didn't expect miracles. I'm just glad I got to spend the last moments with our sweet boy and he was not alone or in a strange place when he passed. Thank you, EPIC.

Open 24hrs and a very busy hospital. I was extremely pleased with the service provided. My dashound was miserable non stop vomiting and this facility had us quarantined In the vehicle to prevent spread of deadly disease parvo . Thank god he was negative and vet ran all diagnostic fix my dog right up. I plan to visit this hospital for all my pet emergencies.

We had an emergency for euthanasia. We had a appt for home euthanasia but our baby didn’t make as it would be another two days. The front staff showed empathy as well as the vet himself. The vet sat with us for awhile and everyone let us take our time in saying goodbye.
