We brought our Saint Bernard into this pet emergency clinic on Saturday in what was one of the scariest moments for us. The staff was immediately compassionate and reassuring from the moment we walked through the door. Everyone—from the front desk team to the technicians and the doctor—treated our big guy with such kindness and care. They explained everything clearly, answered all of our worried questions patiently, and made us feel supported during a very stressful time. Thanks to their quick and skilled care, our Saint Bernard is back home and back to his happy, goofy self. We are so incredibly grateful to the entire staff for their professionalism and genuine compassion. You truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner in need.
