Just incase no one saw my email, I wanted to leave it as a review here. I had my 5-week-old kitten, “Huckleberry,” at your office on Sunday. I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the staff and Dr. Stenseng. I know every animal in your office is a priority but I truly felt like everyone had the same sense of urgency as I did. I knew he had less than a 46% chance of making it but everyone tried so hard. While I'm still grieving his loss and my house feels empty without him, I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate you. I don't know if clients say that enough. I also wanted to thank Lisa at the front desk for the compassion she showed me yesterday when I arrived to pick him up. From the moment I walked in Sunday afternoon until yesterday (I was an emotional mess), she was so kind and caring. Thank you all so much again.
