Facility always clean & people are friendly. First time at this location, Levi’s vet tech is Marcus, is kind & gentle, and explains the process of getting Levi’s care (vitals, & examination). Wait time can be 30 minutes to an hour? Update was just delivered by Marcus, they should examine him in about 10 to 15 minutes. Just received information about Levi’s condition, has a neck disc disease (genetic) resolve by surgery ($15,000.00) or strong pain meds & no running or jumping (in his kennel) for 6 weeks. Not something I want to look forward to at this stage of my or Levi’s Life. We are deciding to try the pain meds & keeping him quiet for six weeks. Praying this works for our little Levi!
