We've had to bring our pups here several times in the last year or so for after-hours emergencies or when our regular vet couldn't see us. The staff is always helpful and honest about both prognosis/treatment and wait times. Most recently, Marcus (tech) and Dr. Saaiman took great care of one of our pups, exceeding expectations with the expected wait time for eval, then thoroughly explaining the indications for the treatment plan. Bringing a pet to the emergency vet is never ideal, but having both peace of mind and confidence in the care they will receive certainly helps.
