Overall a great experience. I was extremely worried about my pet and Dr Ted and his staff were amazing in communicating with me every step of the way. I did wait for a couple of hours but I waited patiently and as I waited I got to see the staff members interaction with other and with each interaction I knew my fur baby was in good hands. Thank you to everyone on this team!
