This review is long overdue. I can’t thank the staff enough for helping my rosie girl out. This will be a long review apologies. I took her in Feb 17 almost midnight. she was lethargic, throwing up, uncontrollable diarrhea and very dehydrated. The doctor I first saw was a woman who I can’t remember the name of but she said Rosie needed aggressive treatment asap and was very understanding with me about my situation and my budget which was very small. She gave me 5 different treatment plans and each plan was less with things she felt comfortable leaving out. I picked the plan that worked well for my budget and she was hospitalized for 24 hrs. Unfortunately she wasn’t improving enough on her diarrhea for them to feel comfortable sending her home and they recommended she stay longer. Her staying put me way above my budget but i couldn’t bring her home with her diarrhea still there and risk her getting more dehydrated. I went to visit rosie and once there spoke with them about the cost her extra stay will be and Brenda was so extremely helpful and worked the cost as much as she could for it to be affordable for me. I picked my baby up Feb 20 and was sent home with a bunch of medication. During her stay i went to visit her and kept calling every few hours to get updates on her because i was so worried for her she has never spent a night alone away from me but they were never bothered by my repeated calls and always answered my questions and gave me updates. I was extremely nervous about how she would react to them once she was feeling a bit better. My girl isn’t good with strangers unless she’s slowly introduced and hates the vet so i warned them she might growl and lunge at them once she was better so i left them with her muzzle. They were always very cautious with her but to my surprise they didn’t use the muzzle and she was a very good girl for them. Never growled at them, lunged at them and didn’t mind them in her kennel when they would clean it, took her oral medication and everything with no problems at all. She even went on walks with them with no issues. The first thing she did when she got home was sun bathe. I’m so extremely grateful for everyone there! All her nurses and her doctors and the financial staff i can’t thank enough she’s finally her old self again they saved my Rosie
