My Dog and I were in Temecula working at our avocado grove, when my Dog Nevy was bitten by a rattlesnake. Epic saved her life. I thought she was a goner.,she was in bad shape. They handled her with care from start to finish. They charged 6900 for the emergency service but actually refunded 3300 when I picked her up because they said they needed less than estimated. WOW!! I wasn’t expecting that!. Honest, integrity, and great service. I never experience that anymore. .
