I can’t thank the team at EPIC Emergency Pet Intensive Care enough! My dog, Sapphire, went into labor unexpectedly we didn’t even know she was pregnant! She’s our only dog, but she had escaped once, and we had no idea she was carrying a puppy until she suddenly went into labor. Unfortunately, she had only one puppy, which got stuck, and it became a life-threatening emergency. It was late on a Sunday night, and EPIC was the only place open and willing to help us. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. They worked with me through the entire process and made sure Sapphire got the emergency C-section she needed. If it weren’t for them, she wouldn’t have survived. Every single person we encountered was kind, patient, and professional they truly care about the animals they treat. Even though it was a stressful and emotional situation, their kindness made all the difference. If you ever have a pet emergency, I 1000% recommend this place. They saved my dog’s life, and I will forever be grateful. Thank you, EPIC! 🙏🐶💙
