Thank you so much to Matt and all the ladies that helped my baby last night. We brought her into this location after a trash ordeal with the Redlands Emergency Vet Hospital. She was seen right away. Matt was very informative and transparent with her diagnosis and even gave me information on pet dermatologists in the area to get a more than likely TECA-BO. They took samples to ensure that she doesn't have anything worse than an ear infection and to see if it is more aggressive- so as to change medications. She is doing far better than she was. Everyone was patient, listened and very comforting. I would recommend this location to anyone. I was also expecting the cost to be more than it was but it was less than I had anticipated. Thank you to Matt and the lovely staff at Epic Emergency Pet Clinic! ♥️🐕
