Friendly and understanding of what happens there. You don’t go for good reasons and they are accommodating. We went closer to midnight and was one of the last kennels they had open. After that they sadly had to refer others to other places. My dog ate pizza dough which can be toxic. They were able to have him vomit and get it out possibly saving his life. Luckily I could Hear him barking after a while so knew he was okay and insisted to take him home and open up a kennel for someone in worse condition. Only leave your pet over need if you NEED to. This place gets crowded and it helps others when they can discharge a healthy pet and take a more sick one.
