We had to bring our poor Toby in late tonight (Saturday). The first thing I noticed was how clean and pleasant the lobby was, followed by how friendly the front desk staff was. Checking in was easy, some places have 10 pages. We weren't here very long, though that depends on how busy a night is. If we had been here longer: the lobby has coffee, and drinks and snacks for purchase, and comfortable chairs. Dr. Runion was trustworthy and honest, and so easy to talk to. Pricing is fair for an emergency, and laid out clearly. We will never go to VCA again and though I wish I didn't have to go to emergency ever, I'm really glad we found Epic tonight. So was Toby.
