So grateful for the kind staff who helped me with an emergency refill of my epileptic dog's medication. It was a Sunday morning and our regular vet was closed, and our pharmacy was closed, and we made a mistake calculating how much medication we had left. We weren't going to have enough and running out highly escalated his risk of going into potentially deadly cluster seizures. They had the medication we needed on hand, and were so accommodating with how much we needed. They were patient and kind with problems I had with my credit card. They were respectful and kind in greeting and assisting at the reception desk. And the veterinarian and tech staff were genuinely kind, caring, and helpful. And thank you for all the wonderful things you do in what I can only imagine is a high-stress environment. You are all so very much appreciated!
