I have not had to bring my dogs here, however the ladies at the front desk went far above and beyond by helping me scan two lost dogs for microchips at 11pm. They attempted to contact the company and when they weren't getting an answer, they continued to try even after I left the vet. They followed up with me once they were able to get the owner's contact info. All three ladies working at the front desk were professional, kind, and literally went out of their way to help someone who wasn't even a customer. I imagine that these are exactly the type of people you'd love to have on your side if you had to bring your pet to an emergency vet.
