It is always a scary experience to need an emergency pet visit. We called EPIC on a Friday night when our pup became suddenly very lethargic. Every staff member, from the receptionist to the tech, to the vet was kind, showed compassion and concern, and behaved very professionally. This was our first visit to EPIC but not to an emergency clinic (a previous dog was injured when another dog attacked him). The EPIC visit was exceptional in comparison.
