I cannot thank Epic Vet Care enough for the compassion they showed my family during one of the hardest moments of our lives. When I first called, my handsome Duke had just passed, and I was completely devastated my emotions were all over the place. I spoke with Emily, and from the very first moment, she was beyond kind, patient, and understanding. She gently walked me through what needed to be done when I could barely think straight. We arrived with Duke around 2:30 a.m., the entire family together. The staff helped us take him out of the truck and provided us with a private room so my children could say their goodbyes. During such a painful and emotional time, Emily made us feel welcomed, supported, and never rushed. Her empathy and warmth meant more than words can express.
