Once again the entire staff worked seamlessly to ensure my cat received the best care. Wait time was long but not an issue, as there were multiple patients who were not stable and whose conditions were critical while my cat was there for an ear infection.

Great team! I took advantage of filling out my pet’s info before we arrived via the link sent to my phone. Saved so much time once we arrived and they were ready for us when we got there! I was able to get my injured cat seen at 1:30 am at this hospital without a long wait. I was able to quickly consult with a vet on surgery treatment. The vet was kind and answered all my questions. I had originally gone to a hospital in Murrieta where the wait time was 6 to 8 hours. I’m glad that they recommended Epic Pet Hospital as an alternative. Marcus assisted me when I had to take my cat back to have her stitches removed. He was very kind and professional. I would come here again in the event of another emergency.

I brought my pitbull in because she was hacking and seemed to have something in her throat. I met with Marcus in the waiting room who informed me that there was a long wait because it’s an emergency service. He took a look at Beaux listened to her symptoms, and said that she could probably wait to see her regular doctor. Marcus was excellent. He was very kind and friendly. I appreciate that he was taking mine and Beaux’s needs into consideration, and I feel comfortable returning if needed. so far I’ve had nothing but a great experience with this place.
