Very one was kind and helpful from the ladies at the front desk to the doctors on the morning and over night when I would call to check on my Bubba. Brayden and Jasmine and the owner took the time to help me make sure that I knew how to take care of my Bubba going home since he could use the restroom on his own and the proses he will be going through. Thank you all for taking care of him and helping me through this. 10/10

Dr Marcus was amazing! I loved the reassurance that he is here with all the needs your animal needs and the peace of mind that everything will be okay! I loved that he was knowledgeable and was able to explain what was wrong and how they would fix it. For me having a great empathic, knowledgeable and caring doctor mean a lot to someone with an injured animal! We appreciated Dr Bryden’s intelligent and sensitive guidance. The staff was caring and delicate with us in a very difficult time. The facility is clean and welcoming. There was a very long wait to be seen but when we were meeting with the doctor we totally understood. She took so much time explaining every option, every procedure, every possible outcome and expense. It is worth the wait. Our experience was so impressive that my daughter baked cookies to thank them and wrote a nice thank you note. We have had to euthanize dogs in the past. It is never easy to make that decision, to pet your loved family member as they pass and to deal with all that grief. Epic Emergency Vet made it all almost bearable and we are forever grateful.

My dog Stella was seen almost immediately for her ear hematoma this morning, being as she was nervous to be at the vet Marcus was very patient, kind and gentle with her. We have been to this vet before with her when she was in liver distress and showing signs of jaundice, they answered my pages of questions, treated her over the weekend and gave us updates every few hours.
