Wow! We have been using Epic for years. Every time we come in it feels like our pet is the most important pet in the hospital. From the ladies at the front desk who are calm, patient, and reassuring, to the technicians that immediately come out and asses the animal to ensure it’s not an emergency, and finally the doctors who take amazing care of our animal. Recently they moved into a brand new building across the street from Guadalajara’s Mexican food. The new facility is state of the art, but their attention to everything mentioned is still the same. Thanks for taking such great care of our fur babies.

Marcus was very calm and friendly with my little girl Serah, receptionists were super friendly and helpful to get us in so soon. I've been to this Er vet multiple times for my other babies and each time I get amazing service and feel well taken care of

I have a rescue French bulldog that is a frequent flyer due to his trauma responses and him fighting our other family dog (they are always kept apart but I made the mistake of not verifying that it was safe to let the dog out). Worried about the potential for a head injury I brought him in and though he wasn’t showing any abnormal symptoms Marcus was amazing, he didn’t downplay what happened nor my concerns. He was thorough and patient with my dog (again he’s a rescue and we’re working on his behavior issues but it is something that takes a lot of time), he’s worked on him before unbeknown to me; when he came into the patient room he already knew my dog and his temperament and my dog was excited to see him. I have yet to have a bad experience with EPIC.

I took my cat here for a urinary blockage. He was hospitalized for 2 and a half days. The staff were kind, proactively kept me updated on how my cat was doing, and even let me come visit. I was expecting a pretty hefty bill, but I felt that it was reasonable, even cheaper than expected, especially considering how long he was hospitalized.

This is my second time using EPIC for my fur baby. They are professional, quick to care for your pets when something comes up and I certainly appreciate having them as an emergency service when my normal Vet is unable to to see us or we have an urgent care issue
