Very one was kind and helpful from the ladies at the front desk to the doctors on the morning and over night when I would call to check on my Bubba. Brayden and Jasmine and the owner took the time to help me make sure that I knew how to take care of my Bubba going home since he could use the restroom on his own and the proses he will be going through. Dr Marcus was amazing! I loved the reassurance that he is here with all the needs your animal needs and the peace of mind that everything will be okay! I loved that he was knowledgeable and was able to explain what was wrong and how they would fix it. For me having a great empathic, knowledgeable and caring doctor mean a lot to someone with an injured animal! So thank you Dr and I would definitely recommend him and the host to others and would further validate that the team and staff especially in the front desk, that they have chosen, completely impacts the amazing great experience coming in today!
