They were able to get my dog seen in the middle of the night. The night staff on shift 12/18/24 were all very polite and helpful and genuinely seem to enjoy the team they work with. On 12/21 i needed to get in and out and the front desk staff were able to coordinate a time that worked best for me and Rocky Blue. Marcus came out and took Rb back and had the Doc remove his drain post haste. His calm and professional demeanor is truly an exemplary employee.
