They were able to get my dog seen in the middle of the night. The night staff on shift 12/18/24 were all very polite and helpful and genuinely seem to enjoy the team they work with. On 12/21 i needed to get in and out and the front desk staff were able to coordinate a time that worked best for me and Rocky Blue. Marcus came out and took Rb back and had the Doc remove his drain post haste. His calm and professional demeanor is truly an exemplary employee. Had a great experience taking my car for an emergency. They gave him an exam minutes after arrival. The dr was great at explaining what was going on and took good care of him to relieve him of his symptoms. He was there in treatment a few hours but they did what they needed to do to get him well. I arrived to EPIC yesterday with my dog and was greeted promptly. Happily, there were no grave emergencies so Diego was brought into a room quickly to assess the situation. Within a short amount of time Dr. Saiiman came to the room and explained what was going on and what treatment Diego would receive. It was a great experience. Hopefully, I won't need an emergency room any time soon but if I do-this is where I will go!
