Thank you so much to Matt and all the ladies that helped my baby last night. We brought her into this location after a trash ordeal with the Redlands Emergency Vet Hospital. She was seen right away. Matt was very informative and transparent with her diagnosis and even gave me information on pet dermatologists in the area to get a more than likely TECA-BO. They took samples to ensure that she doesn't have anything worse than an ear infection and to see if it is more aggressive- so as to change medications. She is doing far better than she was. Everyone was patient, listened and very comforting. I would recommend this location to anyone. I was also expecting the cost to be more than it was but it was less than I had anticipated. We are extremely grateful and happy for everything you all have done for Trippy!!! We went through the worst time of our lives for 2 days and rejected from few places to get help due to no staff or just not caring. You all have been nothing short of a miracle for us and our dog Trippy. The way you all treated us and and our dog, each and everyone working there, we truly love you all for what you all do. This place is absolutely the best and worth the money. The Vet was thoughtful, calculated and put a lot of effort into making our Puppy comfortable and aiding in finding out the route to get the proper diagnosis. Hands down 10 out of 10. Kelly and the rest of the staff were super kind and supportive. Appreciate Epic. Not a lot of places like this and it’s at an ER. Bravo.

Dr. James and the staff were amazing. Our sweet pupper isn’t doing well and they’ve been super caring and knowledgeable. They have given us every scenario and we’re very happy with the care they have provided. Prices are reasonable for emergency care, but that’s not the primary concern. The manner and expertise of the folks here is outstanding. Thank you, and I hope we don’t have to come back, but I won’t hesitate if the need arises!

After 18 years my dad had to put his cat down due to cancer. Every member of the staff were incredibly compassionate and kind. For such a sad situation they did their best to make it as easy as possible and took good care of my dad and his kitty. They let my dad hold him until his little heart stopped. We've used Epic a few times now for emergencies. We've also used VCA. I will now drive instantly to Epic. The staff are so much nicer and you don't have to wait forever to be seen. I also just learned that if you pet has to go back in for the same issue within 24 hours you don't have to pay the appointment fee. If you have to go back with the week, I believe, the appointment fee is 1/2. My regular vet doesn't even do that so it's a very thoughtful thing to do.
