Took my cat in a week ago with some complications (history of UTI) and everyone at the clinic was extremely kind. Dr. Stenseng was very helpful as well and very upfront about the options we had regarding treatment plans. Would recommend again and grateful to have been helped by people that truly care about the furry children we call pets.

Emergency Pet Clinic is a hospital we trust. After an estimate of $3500 for tests/treatment from another hospital, I took my dog to Emergency Pet Clinic and they suggested a more conservative, progressive approach for $1000. My dog needed surgery, and Emergency Pet Clinic saved me $2,000. The tests and treatments the other hospital recommended would have been a waste of money. They are compassionate and clearly care more about the pets than the $$$.

Had a good experience here with my puppy. Prices are slightly higher than other clinics but that is to be expected with an emergency. Staff were friendly and compassionate and provided several choices and options for treatment with no judgement or pressure. Puppy is feeling better so far and I’m very grateful for their help and kindness.

I came in there October 10th with my 14 year old blind diabetic min pin, LOLA. She was diagnosed in 2021, 2month after losing my sister and the same week while away out of state, my shihtzu suddenly got sick and died. when I took LOla to be diagnosed, I was told her life expectancy was around 2 years. I thankfully had her 3 and1/2 years. But she had ups and downs over the years, but on Oct 8th she stopped eating. I thought she would recover in 2 days like many times before.But the 2nd day she got so sick so fast, ketoacidosis. So i took her to Temecula ER,By the time I drove there, 45 minutes away. She got significantly worse. I went to the front desk, they got her in immediatly. I knew it was time when I checked her in, I was crying. The front desk lady was so nice, the vet tech took me to a back room right away. I told them if shes too sick I was ready to let her go. Then another gal, maybe a vet assistant came in an calmly gave me options for her final moments. Then the vet came in we discussed everything, i was crying the whole time. The staff was so gentle and kind to me and Lola. They brought her to me in a blanket and an IV tube.I spent a few private moments w her. The doctor came in and adminitered the euthanasia meds, it was so quick and painless. they gave me afew minutes alone her, i cried my eyes out. They were so compassionate and let me spend time with LOla before and after. It was so hard, but they were very sympathetic to me. I appreciate everything they did for us and their gentle manner. everyone gave me their condolenses.Thank you everyone there, you are very kind compassionate people!! I will use thisplace again if I ever have an emergency, hopefully not.GOD bless the staff.

My dog Jessipa got bit by a rattlesnake and my co tenants brought her here. While my tenants were concerned about the wait, Dr. Owens was good at communicating and I appreciated the offer of keeping costs down with an out patient option I had not been offered at the other nearby ER Vet. They got back with me quickly over all my concerns and questions. They even refunded a portion of my payment saying they over charged. Jessipa is doing well and I am hopeful for a full recovery. By my experience, I would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you so much to Matt and all the ladies that helped my baby last night. We brought her into this location after a trash ordeal with the Redlands Emergency Vet Hospital. She was seen right away. Matt was very informative and transparent with her diagnosis and even gave me information on pet dermatologists in the area to get a more than likely TECA-BO. They took samples to ensure that she doesn't have anything worse than an ear infection and to see if it is more aggressive- so as to change medications. She is doing far better than she was. Everyone was patient, listened and very comforting. I would recommend this location to anyone. I was also expecting the cost to be more than it was but it was less than I had anticipated.
