This place is absolutely the best and worth the money. The Vet was thoughtful, calculated and put a lot of effort into making our Puppy comfortable and aiding in finding out the route to get the proper diagnosis. Hands down 10 out of 10. Kelly and the rest of the staff were super kind and supportive. Appreciate Epic. Not a lot of places like this and it’s at an ER. Bravo.

Dr. James and the staff were amazing. Our sweet pupper isn’t doing well and they’ve been super caring and knowledgeable. They have given us every scenario and we’re very happy with the care they have provided. Prices are reasonable for emergency care, but that’s not the primary concern. The manner and expertise of the folks here is outstanding. Thank you, and I hope we don’t have to come back, but I won’t hesitate if the need arises!

After 18 years my dad had to put his cat down due to cancer. Every member of the staff were incredibly compassionate and kind. For such a sad situation they did their best to make it as easy as possible and took good care of my dad and his kitty. They let my dad hold him until his little heart stopped. It was a beautiful experience in a way. Thank you guys so much for everything. It means a lot to my family.

We've used Epic a few times now for emergencies. We've also used VCA. I will now drive instantly to Epic. The staff are so much nicer and you don't have to wait forever to be seen. I also just learned that if you pet has to go back in for the same issue within 24 hours you don't have to pay the appointment fee. If you have to go back with the week, I believe, the appointment fee is 1/2. My regular vet doesn't even do that so it's a very thoughtful thing to do.

In over 50 years of owning pets, I have NEVER come across a more awesome, professional, compassionate, loving and thorough veterinarian emergency clinic!! I can’t say enough about their facility and would highly recommend them hands down! My Great Dane developed bloat and she is now on the mend and going to survive thanks to all of them especially Dr Saaiman who did the surgery and Dr Petrucci who provided post op care. Huge shout out to this emergency clinic! My dog was attacked by a coyote in the middle of the night. I have never been so scared in my life. When I called around for a vet, noone would take him because they said they were all at capacity. Even though this clinic was technically full, they told me to bring him right in. I was greeted by Thomas who welcomed us and put me immediately at ease. My hands were full (as I had my dog in my arms) and he took care of settling us and getting us into the system to be seen. He made the process fast and easy. I knew I was in good hands. He offered me coffee and chatted with me to distract me from my worry. He was taking care of the front office all by himself. They were quite busy and he handled everyone with ease and gave each person the time and care they deserved. Later, after my dog was seen by the doctor, she came out to explain everything to me. Dr. Bryden was the vet and she was so patient with all my questions. I could tell she thoroughly examined him when she mentioned his heart murmur and asked me if I was aware he had one. She gave me tips and advice going forward as coyotes are a real problem in my area. She even gave me suggestions about his heart murmur and what she recommended. She was thorough and it was evident that she cared about her patients! This was, by far, the scariest thing I had ever been through. My dogs are soooo important to me and this was my worst fear coming to fruition. This vet hospital knew that and treated us with compassion and care. When I left, Thomas gave me a folder with resources for a canine cardiologist, emergency clinics in the area, and complete care instructions. I don't usually take the time to comment on my experiences, unless they are bad, but I was so impressed and felt compelled to let everyone know how well we were treated. Thank you!
